I’m pregnant and confused:
what are my options?

Free Pregnancy Tests
Call or text for a free and confidential appointment with a trained Support Worker to take a pregnancy test. It helps you to answer that first BIG question: am I really pregnant? The laboratory quality urine test is capable of detecting pregnancy as early as one day after your missed period. Results are available in three minutes. Call or text us (519.362.4167) and we will walk you through the next steps.

Decision Making Process
At the Centre, you will find a safe and non judgmental environment to make an evidence-based, informed decision that reflects your values and beliefs. You will be offered medically accurate information and decision-making tools to explore all three options: abortion, adoption, and parenting. We encourage you to take the time to talk. Knowing what is available to you, empowers you to make the best possible decision.

My (girl) friend is pregnant: now what?

Support Session
Your (girl) friend or daughter is unexpectedly pregnant and you might have many questions! We are here for you as well. Let 's have a conversation about how you can help her. The decision is ultimately up to her, and we can let you know what support and practical resources are available to both of you to help in the process.

Being a Father

how we can help

Care
Closet
Your community cares! We receive donations regularly of maternity clothes, baby clothing (up to size 3) and other baby items. We are happy to provide free prenatal vitamins, diapers, wipes and formula. And if it's not there, our volunteers will work hard to find it for you! No appointment is necessary, just a short intake will be required.

Prenatal & Parenting Support
Being pregnant and caring for an infant can be tough. Come in to talk to a trained Support Worker, who will help to determine which of our services will best support you through the tough times. We offer prenatal classes, individual support and mentorship, community referrals for housing, work or schooling and online parenting programs for you and your partner.

Car Seat Fund
A safe car seat can be a big expense. Through a grant from the County of Wellington, WPCC has a special fund to help you purchase a new, safe car seat for your baby. Giving you peace of mind that you can take your infant safely wherever you need to go. Apply by texting or calling us at 519.362.4167.
